Keeping in theme with the other gingerbread masterpieces, I present to you today the US Capitol completely out of gingerbread. This incredible gingerbread includes the Capitol building and three national monuments. The detail that has gone into this is amazing! Between the gingerbread, fondant, and icing they have absolutely captured the feel of the National Mall. This is part of the Festival of the Holidays at Epcot and can be found inside the American pavilion. It is tucked away to the side, but while enjoying the gingerbread you can listen to the music of the acapella group performing there.
