We stayed in Bowling Green for our weekend adventure, and after a day in the park nothing could be better than walking onto the Fountain Square as the sun is setting. What a lovely and charming downtown area this is! We had dinner at Mickis on Main and their fantastic Cajun food mixed with the timeless elegance of the old building made for a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant still has the original decorated tin tiles on the ceiling from when it was built and they were so beautiful. Just based on the lovely downtown area, I would say that Bowling Green is definitely somewhere I want to come back and explore more of!
