San Antonio Riverwalk {Texas}

One of most beautiful areas of San Antonio is the Riverwalk. As the river winds its way through the heart of the city, visitors can enjoy walking along its sides exploring the many wonders of the city. This is probably the most visited place in the city and as such is full of wonderful restaurants [...]

The Alamo {Texas}

San Antonio is home to five old missions...but by far the most popular and well remembered is The Alamo. This was originally known as Misión San Antonio de Valero and it was designed as a Spanish mission, serving those as missionaries bringing Christianity to the area. The mission became a working school offering education to [...]

We visited the incredible Knights and Armor exhibit at @fristartmuseum today. So amazing to see the detail and the artistry of the armor pieces. This look back in time was a wonderful way to spend the day. Hot day hiking at the beautiful Burgess Falls State Park. Even in 100 degree heat, the views are totally woth it. Summer days are made for family, music, and wine and @arringtonvineyards is the place to be. Delicious assortment of house made wines and the music of various artists on the breeze, a great mix of the wine country feel with the welcoming southern charm. Nothing better than a good road trip! Up one coast and down the other with all the roads in between- here are some of my favorite spots across the country Ive seen from the road. Where will your next road trip take you? Words of Wednesday: {Michigan} Just off the shores of Lake Michigan is the charming town of Holland. Dutch immigrants came here and remains one of the countrys largest populations of those with Dutch heritage. And the best place to see the culture they are so proud to be a part of is at the @windmillislandgardens with their original windmill. {Tennessee} When you discover that your city in the middle of Tennessee has a Laotian Buddhist Temple. Such beautiful artistry in the building and such quiet devotion of the monks who care for it. {Indiana} Exploring a lesser known national park offers a really special experience and Indiana Dunes National Park did not disappoint. Found on the shoreline of Lake Michigan, this park is a beautiful mix of lush greens, the steely blue waters of the lake, and the changing dunes of sand. What a treasure of a place. {Israel} That one time I got to ride a camel through the desert. I was off to a rough start when my camel didnt want me to get on. Then the next camel was a singing sensation. 🇮🇱 {Tennessee} Summer is here and the state parks are calling. Spent the day at one our favorite places-Fall Creek Falls State Park. With an invigorating hike down to the bottom of the falls and a swim in the water. A perfect day! @fallcreekfallspark
