With the holidays here I”m feeling more homesick than ever. As much as I have enjoyed the new adventures that Florida has given us, I still have days when I want to be back in the mountains with family and friends. While a lot of Utah gets snow this time of year, in the southern part of the state the temps are cooler and the crowds are gone and it is the perfect time for a trip to one of the national parks. Probably the most well known of the parks is Zion and there is no end to the amazing views from every trail. And going in the winter means that the waterfalls are running but freezing at the bottom which is beautiful. And if hiking is not your thing, not to worry because you can still enjoy the views from the walkways around or by riding the bus up through the canyons. Zion National Park is stunning no matter your experience level.
